- YOU CAN PAY IN FULL AND BOOK UP TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
- ONCE WE RECIEVE YOUR REQUEST, OUR TEAM WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO DISCUSS YOUR BIG EVENT. YOU WILL RECIEVE AN INVOICE AND RENTAL CONTRACT. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECIEVED, YOUR EVENT DATE WILL BE RESERVED.
- A RETAINER FEE OF $100 IS REQUIRED AT BOOKING, THE REMAINDER WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU AND DUE 14DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
- YES, WE OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES
CANCELLATIONS
- Retainer Fee: A retainer fee of $100 and a signed contract is required at the time of booking to reserve your photo booth.
- More than 30 Days Before Event: Full refund of payment received, not including $100 retainer fee.
- 15–30 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total rental cost, not including $100 retainer fee.
- 14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund. Full rental fee is retained due to scheduling, staffing, and preparation costs.
RESCHEDULING
- Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if the request is made more than 14 days before the event.
- Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is subject to availability.
