📸 Photo Booth Rental – Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee: A retainer fee of $100 and a signed contract is required at the time of booking to reserve your photo booth.

More than 30 Days Before Event: Full refund payments received, not including $100 Retainer fee.
15–30 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total rental cost, not including $100 retainer fee.
14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund. Full rental fee is retained due to scheduling, staffing, and preparation costs.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if the request is made more than 14 days before the event.
Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of approval.
Refunds are not available for:
- No-shows
- Reduced rental time at the client's request during the event
- Event cancellations due to weather, unless otherwise agreed

Damage & Equipment Return

Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the photo booth equipment caused by negligence or misuse during the rental period.
Any such costs will be billed to the client after the event.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your event or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
